Closed Loop Marketing (CLM) presentations.
Everyone within pharmaceutical marketing will have heard the term CLM, but how many actually use this channel correctly?
CLM presentations, be it face-to-face interactions, or via remote selling capabilities such as Veeva Engage Meetings, are a gateway to finding out what your customers are interested in, which, let’s be honest, isn’t always what your strategy is focused on.
CLM content therefore has a responsibility to allow your teams to easily direct a call in different ways, depending on what the customer wants. We’ve worked on hundreds, all with different types of flows, interactivities and navigations, and as such, we will guide you on what is right for your particular asset. Whilst you may want an iDetail to be presented from first slide to last, the reality is that this isn’t how calls work and we have the data to prove it. A flexible approach, allowing content to be viewed easily and quickly, is often better than a rigid linear flow with no room to manoeuvre the call.
Similarly, throwing the kitchen sink at an iDetail and including every data source, abstract, clinical claim and study design may deflect too far from your intended strategy, and careful consideration should be taken on what’s best to include.
Of course, in an ideal world, CLM content should be updated regularly, based on the feedback which you can gather from data insights such as ClickStream interactions (think Google Analytics for buttons, interactions, time viewed, etc., but on the iPad).
