Welcome back to our AI-assistance series, where we explore the power of AI in pharmaceutical marketing.
In this seventh instalment, we delve into the process of building a website with the help of AI tools. This journey highlights how AI can streamline and enhance the website development process, from initial wireframing to final deployment.
Why not listen to it instead:
Wireframing and Draft Content Creation:
Design Refinement with Figma:
Once the initial wireframes and draft content were ready, we exported them to Figma for further refinement. Our design team took over at this stage, using Figma’s robust design tools to enhance and refine the wireframes to better fit our requirements. This collaborative process between AI and human designers resulted in a polished and cohesive wireframe.
Compared to the traditional method of a design team creating wireframes from scratch, we were able to save a substantial amount of time and budget

Content Enhancement with ChatGPT:
Using AI Chatbots for content generation offers a copy team a great starting point for them to build off of and refine to meet our needs.
Design Implementation:
Using the AI-assisted imagery that we had created in the previous stages of this project and brand guidelines, the team was able to take the wireframes and create finalised designs for the website. The blend of the AI-assisted imagery and expertise of the design team allowed us to create website designs that were consistent with our branding and messaging. The approved design was then ready for the development phase.
The design phase allowed us to incorporate AI generated artwork, however we are still heavily reliant on the expertise of our design team to complete this work.
Development and AI Integration:
For the actual build of the website, we used WordPress. While AI tools for website development are still primarily focused on assisting with SEO and content creation, they played a crucial role in our project. We integrated AI plugins to assist with SEO, content review, and accessibility checks. These tools helped us optimise the website for search engines, ensure high-quality content, and make the site accessible to all users.
The AI plugins help to reduce some of the work required in the final stages of the website development, however the development of a website is currently still mostly human-developed

Conclusion:
As AI technology continues to evolve, its role in website development will undoubtedly expand, offering even more innovative ways to create and optimise websites.

About the Noxivision project
At Iguazu, we’ve explored AI assistance in pharmaceutical marketing and created a series of articles on the topic using our fictional product “Noxivision”. Check out our previous articles to learn more:
We have more articles planned in the series, which will explore the intersection of AI and pharmaceutical marketing in more detail. Make sure to follow us on LinkedIn or subscribe to our newsletter below for future articles.
At Iguazu, we have been exploring how artificial intelligence (AI) can be used to assist in marketing pharmaceutical products. We have created a series of articles that explore this topic – in the first part of our series, we looked at how AI can be used to create a brand identity for a new product. We used ChatGPT to generate names, taglines, and content for a new ophthalmics product that allows you to have night vision. After some experimentation, we settled on the name “Noxivision” and the tagline “Illuminate your path with Noxivision.”
About Iguazu: We are a digital agency specialising in delivering tactical marketing solutions to the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.
